據外國媒體報道，2012年第41屆朱諾音樂頒獎禮提名名單（Juno Awards）于美國當地時間2月7日晚在加拿大多倫多揭曉，加拿大説唱歌手德雷克(Drake)共獲四項提名領跑，而搖滾樂隊五分錢(Nickelback)、搖滾小天后的艾薇兒-拉維尼(Avril Lavigne)和備受樂迷喜愛的人氣小天王賈斯汀-比伯（Justin Bieber）分別以三項提名和兩項提名緊隨其後。
據了解，加拿大説唱小天王Drake今年拿下四項獎項提名，將與賈斯汀-比伯、艾薇兒、麥克-佈雷(Michael Buble)以及Nickelback樂隊等人氣歌手角逐最受歌迷喜愛獎提名外，還將憑藉人氣專輯《Take Care》入圍年度最佳專輯、年度最佳藝人以及年度最佳説唱專輯等四項音樂提名。至於加拿大本土搖滾樂隊Nickelback則再憑藉人氣單曲《When We Stand Together》入圍年度最佳單曲以及年度最佳組合獎項提名。而流行朋剋女王艾薇兒則憑藉人們專輯《Goodbye Lullaby》再獲年度最佳專輯以及年度最佳流行專輯等提名。在年度最佳國際專輯入圍名單上，英國靈歌天后阿黛爾（Adele）將繼續憑藉人氣專輯《21》與英國搖滾樂隊酷玩（Coldplay）的《Mylo Xyloto》 、R&B小天后蕾哈娜（Rihanna）的《Loud》、百變天后Lady Gaga的《Born This Way》以及人氣另類樂隊LMFAO的《Sorry for Party Rocking》一較高下。而這個素有有“加拿大格萊美”美譽的朱諾音樂頒獎禮將於加拿大當地時間4月1日在渥太華的豐業銀行球場（Scotiabank Place）舉行。當晚將由好萊塢明星威廉-沙特納(William Shatner)主持，而Nickelback樂隊、電子怪傑Deadmau5、鄉村搖滾樂隊Blue Rodeo以及加拿大女歌手Feist將確定擔任當晚的表演嘉賓。
