李揚，福建南安人，1982年畢業于北京廣播學院新聞編採專業，現任職中國動漫集團黨委書記。曾為中央電視臺拍攝的電視連續劇《西遊記》、上海美術電影製片廠的《金猴降妖》（動畫片）中的孫悟空、美國動畫片《米老鼠與唐老鴨》中的唐老鴨以及俄國電影《莫斯科保衛戰》中的希特勒均由他配音。他表演的電影配音片段和模倣領袖人物講話總是最受歡迎的節目之一。

Li Yang graduated from Beijing Broadcasting Institute in 1982, majoring in News Gathering and Editing. He is the famous voice of the animated film Monkey King, the Chinese voice of Hitler in the film Great Fatherland War – battle of Moscow, and the man producing the queer voice of Donald Duck in the world-famous American cartoon Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck. His dubbing and unique talent in imitating famous statesmen’s voice makes popular TV shows in its own right.
