王玉平

王玉平，1962年生於北京。1985年考入中央美術學院油畫係。1988年在中國美術館舉辦個展。1989年畢業，留油畫係任教至今。

王玉平對於色彩的敏感來自他對特別的感情經歷的反應，因而他的作品為觀眾提供了一扇窗，人們得以窺見他的靈魂深處。

對於顏色的廣泛運用，使人們容易領會和認同，大家都在日復一日中體驗著並不相同的心情情緒。

王玉平的感情，無論意氣風發，還是平和安祥，都定格在了色彩繽紛的作品中。

Exhibition of the Works of Shen Ling and Wang Yuping

This exhibition marks the third co-exhibition of artists Shen Ling, and Wang Yuping, after the first two that took place in 1987 and 1993. Despite the heat wave of the past few years in the art market, Shen and Wang have chosen a style of life that lets them devote in creating work. They also took a break from exhibiting. With the New Year’s recent passing, and as spring slowly awakens, Shen Ling and Wang Yuping have suddenly come up with the idea of sharing their art once again. Wang Yuping’s paintings are simple and natural, and Shen Ling’s paintings are candidly honest. They are husband and wife and inevitably at the center of each other’s creation, nonetheless they still retain their independent styles of thinking and expression. In the midst of this exhibit the viewer will arrive at what has solidified from their past few years of artistic creation.
